Vendor / Sponsor FAQ's & Info

Indoor or Outdoor? - We plan on the vendors being inside (limited number of spots available) at Payne County Fairgrounds Heritage Hall.  Outside spots are reserved for Food Trucks. 

Vendor set up time? - Payne County Fairgrounds Heritage Hall will be open and available for Vendors ONLY at 7am July 31. Set-up should be completed by 9 am. We will also have the building open all day Friday, July 30 for Vendor Setup. 

Closed venue to event only or open to entire public? - All Geocaching events are open to the Public

Electricity??? Extension cords/power strips? - Electricity is available in Heritage Hall, please come prepared with your own extension cords and power strips.

Signs or banners? - Signs should either have their own free standing supports or be hung using painters tape or removable / non-damaging items.  Vendors are responsible for any damage occurring from hanging signs or banners. 

WiFi available? - Yes, public WiFi is available at Payne County Fairgrounds Heritage Hall. Vendors should plan to have cell connectivity as a back-up as needed for non-cash purchases. Wifi password will be provided to vendors as they arrive. 

Vendor booth space/tables? - Vendors should plan to bring their own tables or set up, however we will have a limited number of tables. Please review the sponsorship levels for size allotments. Additional tables are available for a rental fee of $8 each. 

Popup Canopy allowed? - Frames only, no canopys inside.

Expected attendance numbers? - 400 - 600+ geocachers over the course of the day.

Restrooms available? - Yes, onsite in Heritage Hall and the Community Building.
